Do you choose your hotels with your stomach? We do!
A nice view is great but there's nothing better than the feeling you get knowing a quality dining experience is only an elevator ride away! Ditch those late night walks back to your hotel with an uncomfortably full belly. At the hotels listed below you can go from your dinner table to your big, comfy bed in less than 60 seconds.
Rydges | Southbank
The holiday is the perfect time to treat yourself and a stay at Rydges South bank is just that...a treat...a luxurious treat! Having just received a major renovation the rooms are looking as stylish as stylish and inviting as ever.
Along with having a central location in the heart of Brisbane's bustling foodie precinct, South bank, Rydges also is home to one of the river city's best and most iconic restaurants, Bacchus. Treat yourself to a relaxing degustation, followed by a stroll through the parklands...and a few cheeky after dinner drinks at Manhattan Line. Top the night off with a snooze in one of their plush king beds. A staycation at Rydges is just what the doctor ordered!

TRYP Hotel | Fortitude Valley
Looking for a crash pad, with good eats in the middle of all the action. TRYP hotel located in Brisbane's entertainment precinct is a great option. TRYP hotel has to be one of the coolest hotels in Brisbane. Each floor is dedicated to a well known street artists and features murals from the artist themselves. We aren't just talking about a art in a frame...we're talking walls. It's a beautiful site to behold. If you have some spare cash upgrade your room to the Outdoor Spa room. It features a balcony with your private jacuzzi, lounge area and flat screen tv. Kick back with a beer in the jacuzzi and watch the game...
The real seller for us can be summed up in four words: CHUR. BURGER. ROOM. SERVICE.
Mantra on Mary | CBD
Well keep this one brief. Mantra on Mary may not be one of the flashiests hotels in Brisbane but it is great value for money. The apartments are sizeable, cheap, and have a fully equip kitchen! There is no restaurant on site but most rooms do come with complimentary breakfast which is an al a carte menu at 127 Bar & Bistro!
The real star of the show is Miel Container which is located right next door! No need to wait around for a table, just grab your burger to go and enjoy it on the balcony of your apartment.
Sofitel Brisbane Central | CBD
Let's end things on a elegant note shall we? If you are after a romantic, parisian-esq, foodie rendezvous then look no further than Sofitel Brisbane. Prepare your senses for a night of pure indulgence. Kick things off which lunch at what is possibly one of Brisbane's best buffets, Thyme 2.
