Chicken Parm Meatballs w/ a Ricotta and Mozzarella center
Who doesn't like a good chicken parm? This is a neat twist that everyone will enjoy. I got the idea from Pinterest!

Oh the hours I've wasted scrolling through the pages of yummy foods...
I'm in a great mood at the moment. I've just finished one of my last midterm exams (Physical Science Survey) and I made an A. It was a 100 questions of balancing equations and I felt completely drained after. Then I remembered I had leftovers of this delicious recipe I'm sharing today and I perked back up after a bite.
My partner said the Ritz Crusted Cheddar Chicken was one of his favorites the other day....well this is one of mine! :)

Chicken Parm Meatballs w/ a cheesy center
3. 2 cups of breadcrumbs
4. White meat chicken mince
5. 1 cup of Milk
6. 1 tsp Salt
7. 1 tsp Pepper
8. Cooked Spaghetti
9. Marinara Sauce
Step one: In a large bowl mix your chicken, salt, pepper, 1 cup of breadcrumbs, and milk. Mix together, but don't over mix.
Step two: Take the mixture and form them into balls. Stick a finger down the center and fill with mozzarella and ricotta. Form it back into a solid ball.
Step three: Roll the balls in your remaining breadcrumbs.
Step four: Deep fry your chicken balls until cooked through and golden brown.
Serve with Spaghetti covered in marinara sauce and chopped parsley to garnish.
Tips: Make sure the heat isn't too high so that the mince doesn't cook all the way through before your breadcrumbs have well and truly browned.
You can use shredded mozzarella like I did. It works just as well!
